Política de reembolso

All fees paid to MySafe USA for the rental of a Safe Deposit Box — including rental fees, renewal fees, and any associated charges — are non-refundable and are payable in advance in full, without deductions of any kind, for any reason.

By completing payment, the applicant acknowledges and agrees that:

• All fees constitute the total cost of the rental service for the prescribed period (inclusive of applicable taxes, excluding optional insurance).
• No refunds, partial or full, will be issued once payment has been made, regardless of early termination, non-use of the facility, or cancellation by the applicant.
• Any additional fees or penalties arising during the rental term (e.g., lost key/card replacement, late renewal penalties) are likewise non-refundable once paid.

This policy applies to all MySafe USA safe deposit box locations, in accordance with applicable U.S. regulations governing the service.
